Golden Acre Ale (Real Ale)

I use Golding hops in this recipe, these give quite a hoppy taste, combined with the medium malt this ale is full of flavour but not so strong in alcohol that you fall down with wobbly legs after a pint or two, around 4.1% if you are wondering.
